MBA in Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Venture Development [IEV] - Startup Masters Program

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]MBA IEV offered as STARTUP MASTERS PROGRAM is a full time two year, four-semester program. A startup is characterized by 2 most salient and foundational aspects – Innovation & Growth . During this program, Innovators – creative visionaries aiming to build technologically advanced solutions for real-world problems, are nurtured and transformed into Entrepreneurs – ambitious founders aiming to build a growth-oriented company generating profit and delivering impact. Accordingly, the program is structured with the first year focused exclusively on Product Innovation and the second year concentrated on Business Growth . Over 2 years, consisting of 4 semesters, students shall earn 104 credits with the curriculum and pedagogy modeled across 3 Program Tracks – Product Management, Enterprise Creation and Entrepreneurial Leadership .

To bring necessary focus so as to streamline the acceleration of innovative product ideas into market-ready products, the program shall exclusively focus on 3 Technology Domains – Advanced Computing (Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning), Connected Devices (IoT, Sensors & Networks), and Intelligent Machines (Industry 4.0, Robotics, & Automation).[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

YEAR 1 – SEMESTER 1 & 2
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Build[Idea] | Measure[Product] | Learn[Data][/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]The Program enables Innovators to engineer success with the right set of toolkits which helps in product development ideas, including lean manufacturing, design thinking, customer development, and agile development with a new approach to creating continuous innovation. The most important assumptions Innovators make is invalidating their product innovation is the value hypothesis and growth hypothesis. The value hypothesis tests whether a product or service really delivers value to customers once they are using it. Through the systematic process, we develop skill & competencies to Design, Develop & Deploy, we believe that we can increase the odds of success of the product innovation and strengthen the probability of an idea getting transformed into a sustainable product, making their way to the market. In the first year of the program, fellows work towards validating the willingness to-adopt, to-use, and to-pay for the value proposition delivered, proving the technical feasibility, usability/deployability of the product and demonstrating that the product is likely to have a 100% HCF for any target customer in a well-defined target segment or even across multiple segments.[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]
YEAR 2 SEMESTER 3 & 4
[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]“VISION | LAUNCH | DESIGN | EXPLORE | OPERATE | GROW”[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]For the Product Innovators graduating to the second year, aiming to become Enterprise Builders the primary focus is to accelerate the commercial launch of the product, supporting them in seamless integration with the supply chain, channel partners for distribution, retail & sales-support, and in building a strong core team to drive business growth. During the second year, the Founders focus on validating the potential of the business model to achieve market-leading revenue growth at relatively lower fixed and operating costs. They are supported with Startup Grants/Investments and are guided through metrics-driven execution.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
